Why use Lasers?
Two different lasers are available at the clinic and each has its specific use.
Lasers allow us to perform treatments with reduced pain and accelerated healing.
Different type of laser
The Waterlase laser makes it possible to repair small cavities without anesthesia and with little loss of structure. It allows the client to be comfortable while the dentist is working. Also, in surgery, it allows us to be precise and less invasive, while accelerating healing.
The Diode Laser, Zolar, represents the newest technology in preventive soft tissue care or modification. It also allows us to do several surgical treatments. As a preventive measure, during your routine appointments with your dental hygienist, it can be used to treat gingivitis and periodontitis, to reduce dentin sensitivity but also to accelerate the healing of cold sores, ulcers, burns , etc.
